Garlic is mainly used in the kitchen as a natural flavour enhancer. We have selected a variety with a characteristic aroma and flavour, in order to accompany certain Mediterranean dishes, which can also be eaten as a snack or appetizer, due to the fact that it is not spicy and does not leave an aftertaste. Grown and used since ancient times, garlic belongs to the Allium Sativum family and is characterised by its aroma and culinary properties. Furthermore, it can contribute to reducing cholesterol and blood pressure, besides preventing Alzheimer's and improving physical performance.
